RELOCATION SURVEY

The following survey will be used for a University affiliated exit examination project, as well as by Carolina Courts.  Your participation is 100% voluntary and results are kept confidential.  You are permitted to withdraw from taking our survey at any point, without penalty.  The information gathered will be used in the planning of relocating Carolina Courts, due to the Monroe Bypass Connector project slated to start in 2011.  Only people 18 years and older should take this survey.  Thank you for your time and support!!
