Spring Youth Volleyball Leagues
RISE Recreation League
Our RISE Spring League is a great opportunity for girls to work on their volleyball skills and get some real game experience! We will offer two divisions this Spring for our RISE league:
5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade
Girls that play in our RISE league will have two nights a week of training/game experience. On Monday evenings the girls will have a 90 minute practice. On Wednesday evenings they will have a review session and then play a match. The RISE league is 8 weeks long, starting 3/15/10. Each division is capped at 48 participants, so do not delay in enrolling for this fun and exciting league!
Cost: $195
(practice times subject to change if necessary)
Jump training is Back!!
The jump training will focus on increasing your vertical, speed and agility work to help players become more agile, stronger and quicker. Starting the same time Rise Spring Season starts (3/15/10) and will be a great fit through the entire season for 8 weeks.
Monday Nights 5pm or 6pm

Instructional Volleyball League
Our Instructional Volleyball League is for boys or girls from 2nd grade up to 5th grade. Our 8 week league, starting March 10th, will introduce your son/daughter to the game of volleyball with creative and fun drills/coaching. It is also designed to strengthen existing volleyball skills, for those that have played before! Our instructional volleyball league will meet once a week, on Wednesdays, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. We have limited space in this league of approx. 50 participants. Cost is $135 Instructional VB League
High School and Middle School
Skills and Scrimmages
Coach Ashley Yocum and Barbie Curry are leading our Sunday Night HS Skills League. This league is designed to run like a true practice session, with scimmaging at the end of each practice. If you are looking to stay in "volleyball" shape and/or sharpen your volleyball skills before team camps, this is the league for you! The Middle School Skills League will be on Sunday evenings from 6:00pm-7:30pm and the High School Skills League will be 7:30 - 9pm starting 3/21/2010 and running for 8 weeks. Cost: $150 HS Skills League - 7:30 - 9pm MS Skills League - 6:00 - 7:30pm
